Created by the Gary Player Design Company, over 900 000 cubic meters of earth was moved in transforming flat land into undulating dune-style terrain. St. Francis Links opened its doors in December 2006 and it seems Jack Nicklaus achieved his goals when he set out to design this course without interfering with Mother Nature. The bush covered dunes, the Milkwoods and the white sand bluffs are all there.
